Refund & cancellation policy

1. General Policy
WineMarkets.co ("The Service"), operated by Ilia Zabolotnov ("operator", "we," "our," or "us"), offers immediate, digital access to proprietary market intelligence and data analytics. Due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting support@winemarkets.co.

  • Cancellation Effect: Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.

3. EU & UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. However, by purchasing a subscription to Winemarkets.co and accessing the digital content (logging into the dashboard or viewing analytics), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  1. The performance of the contract begins immediately.
  2. You lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed or downloaded.

4. Enterprise & Annual Contracts
Enterprise licenses and annual contracts are binding for the full term of the agreement. Payment obligations are non-cancellable, and fees paid are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a technical error (e.g., double billing) or a platform failure preventing access to the Service, Winemarkets.co may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. Please contact support@winemarkets.co to resolve any billing discrepancies.
